Sinimulan ko ang holistic na mga diskarte sa pagmamasahe, gamit ang mga tool na gawa sa kahoy 14 taon na ang nakakaraan. Nagsimula ang lahat pagkatapos magkaroon ng aking pangatlong anak at napansin na ang aking hugis ng katawan ay hindi pareho. Nag-iipon ito ng taba at pinapalabas ang balat na nag-iiwan ng mga marka sa likuran. Sinubukan ko ang maraming mga diyeta at gamot na malakas na nakakaapekto sa aking teroydeo. Nagpasya akong maghanap ng natural na paggamot sa halip at nakakita ako ng mga holistic na diskarte sa pagmamasahe.
Namangha ako sa resulta matapos ang isang session lamang. Nawala ang 3 pulgada mula sa aking baywang at nakita ko na ang ilang toning sa aking balat. Iyon ay noong nagpasya akong pumunta sa paaralan at tulungan ang iba na tulad ko bilang isang trabahong pang-alaga sa aking karera sa pag-aalaga sa Colombia.
Pagdating sa Canada (eh!) Nagkaroon ako ng pagkakataong mag-aral ng massage therapy at dahil sa dati kong karanasan napagpasyahan kong tumalon pabalik sa mundo ng massage therapy. Naramdaman kong natapos at nasa bahay mismo ako na tumutulong sa iba na may maraming mga isyu sa kalusugan tungkol sa balat, kalamnan ng buto, ligament, joint, tissue at tendon.
